We're new to this luggage storage service, so when we asked, after a few hours of storage, to collect just one suitcase, and after showing the QR code, we were told that this allowed us to collect all our bags and not just one, because check-in had been done with a single payment. We then discussed it a bit to reach an agreement, since we couldn't collect them all at that time and didn't want to pay again to keep them there. This information should be shared at check-in to avoid misunderstandings. But the fact remains that it was both the result of our ignorance and their perhaps assuming that it was logical for it to work this way. Thanks again for the service.
