No complaints as I only left my luggages for 2hrs I believe and it wasn’t that busy when i came into their store at 10am. I don’t really know where they stored my luggages but it was okay because i had locks on. Overall it was a pretty good experience. I got my luggages in the same condition so it’s pretty alright. Would maybe use this spot again if ever i’m near this location.

This is possibly more of a bounce technical issue, or they need better training for agents.
