The people in the store were friendly and helpful and security seemed fine. Our only issue was that, on going to collect our luggage, the QR code on my phone only showed briefly and not long enough for the store to record. I was unable to retrieve the QR code, so the store were concerned that they would not receive payment from Bounce for the transaction. They did eventually return the bag to us without being able to record the QR code, so I am hoping that they did not lose out as a result.
