We never were presented w an ID or any indication we were in the right place. No signage, no message that our bags were dropped off. We felt unease and decided to collect our bags early. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. He carried my bag down steep steps and we thanked him with a generous tip. I would have felt better w a secure spot for bag storage and a message that our bags had been checked in for I r storage.
