The staff were very, very friendly and accomodating. I left a suitcase with them for 4 days while I travelled to another town in Hokkaido. Drop off and pick up were simple and fast using the QR code. I would highly recommend using Yamato for storage.

Since they’re open 24 hours, you don’t need to worry about being late to pick up your luggage or about dropping off your bag at any time of the day during your rental period. Amazing experience, especially since this was my first time using Bounce. Thank you!
