The interface was easy to understand; you pay online, then give them the displayed QR code on your phone, and they'll put a tag on it, take a photo, and collect it. The price was very reasonable and straightforward. Retrieving luggage was also quick and efficient. I would definitely use their service again.

We wish we would have planned on using Bounce from the start. It was as easy as walking the luggage there and scanning a QR code, then we were on our way to enjoy our day. Same for pick up. Don't chance it with lockers, use Bounce's service.
